HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft: HOCHTIEF raises operational net profit guidance for financial year 2026

The Executive Board of HOCHTIEF has today decided to raise its operational net profit guidance for the 2026 financial year to between EUR 1,025 million and EUR 1,100 million. This represents an increase of approximately 30% to 40% year on year. Previously, HOCHTIEF had guided for operational net profit of between EUR 950 million and EUR 1,025 million for 2026, an increase of 20% to 30% year on year.

This guidance increase is based on positive business performance and is mainly driven by Turner, which is experiencing very strong demand growth in the data center market.

Turner’s 2026 operational profit before tax guidance is increased to between US$1,400 million and US$1,460 million, up 35% to 40% year on year. Previously Turner’s guidance had been US$1,300 million to US$1,350 million, up 25% to 30% year on year.

Operational net profit corresponds to the nominal net profit adjusted for non-operational items. Guidance is subject to market conditions.

HOCHTIEF will publish its 2026 half-year financial report today at 2pm CEST.
