The increasing demand for computing power requires intelligent solutions that combine energy efficiency and sustainability. As a specialist in climate-friendly IT infrastructure, HOCHTIEF Data Center Partners designs data centers that combine high performance with responsible use of resources. In 2025, HOCHTIEF put its first YEXIO edge data center into operation. With a building built in solid wood and energy-efficient systems such as water cooling and waste heat recovery, it represents a milestone in the realization of our goal of creating a European network of sustainable, decentralized digital hubs. Further data centers are being built at locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
