HOCHTIEF not only performs construction and supervision works, but also the planning and insurance of projects as well as consultancy services–either as a complete package or in the form of individual solutions. The portfolio also comprises the procurement of the required materials, systems and services, and the set-up of building site facilities. more

This covers asset and property management as well as facility and energy management.
