HOCHTIEF is training future professionals, thus strengthening its competitive position. The HOCHTIEF Academy brings together all training and education issues under one roof. Up-to-the-minute specialist lectures and high-level seminars along with the company's own "HOCHTIEF Engineer" training program provide effective support. With the new "Bachelor in Facility Management" degree, we have expanded to other fields. In addition to these study courses, HOCHTIEF offers training over four semesters to qualify as a certified foreman. Supervisors can also enrol for several weeks of seminars. HOCHTIEF applies both the classic seminar model and e-learning options in these courses.
