Life and work
HOCHTIEF promotes a better life/work balance with innovative, tailor-made
measures. HOCHTIEF employees already receive assistance with childcare. A whole
range of programs is designed to raise awareness of various health issues.
Harmonious reintegration into the workplace after lengthy absences is also part
of HOCHTIEF's family-conscious approach to personnel issues.
This commitment garnered the "Work and Family" ("berufundfamilie")
certificate from the non-profit Hertie Foundation. Over the next few
years we plan more programs around elder care, additional part-time models,
emergency care for children and better information for employees out on parental
leave.
