HOCHTIEF is building the future – that is part of our vision. But we can only implement this vision if we support a new generation of construction experts and other specialists, as well as our employees. HOCHTIEF is active in continuing education in many ways: in cooperation with university professors all over Germany, we are passing our know-how on to their students. In our corporate Academy, we offer our employees many interesting fields of study – and the trend is rising. In cooperation with universities, we have been trying for years to get young women excited about the construction industry. But we also work on behalf of members of disadvantaged groups and invest a lot of efforts into securing a future for them at HOCHTIEF.
