inHaus2 is a research facility of the future. Behind the intelligent facade, our engineers are busy developing innovative building materials, perfect acoustics, resource-saving heating systems, and much more, for more comfort in your daily life.

Together with the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft research organization, HOCHTIEF has contributed significantly to the success of inHaus2 from day one and has left its traces in many places. In this innovation workshop, numerous partners are working together to make offices, nursing rooms and other structures pleasant and comfortable, environmentally compatible, and cost-effective to operate at once.

Following the inHaus1 project, which involved the development of the perfect private residence, inHaus is now tackling commercially used structures in the second generation. Many scientists and reputable corporations were involved from the groundbreaking. This is the new home of boundless research.
