Executive Board
Dr.-Ing. Herbert Lütkestratkötter,
born 1950, has been Chairman of the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft since April 2007. He is responsible for Corporate
Development, Corporate Communications and Corporate Governance.
Lütkestratkötter has a wide range of experience in the international engineering, construction and services business. He studied
mechanical engineering at Aachen Technical University, and obtained a doctorate at the same university's faculty for Civil Engineering.
From 1978 to 1999 he was active in the planning and management of infrastructure projects with Lahmeyer International, particularly in
Asia and the Middle East, later appointed Managing Director of Lahmeyer International and member of the Executive Board of Lahmeyer
Aktiengesellschaft, responsible for technical services. As of the end of 1999, he took responsibility for international operations at
Philipp Holzmann AG, and acted as Labor Relations Director from 2000 onwards. He subsequently served as Chairman of the Executive Board
of services group Dussmann AG & Co. KGaA. Lütkestratkötter joined HOCHTIEF in 2003 and became Deputy Chairman of the
Executive Board in December 2006.
