The Supplier Portal is an important electronic interface for you as a supplier, subcontractor or service provider in
your cooperation with HOCHTIEF. Here your prequalification, consisting of the Registration and the Supplier
Qualification, takes place.
Not registered suppliers and subcontractors
New and existing suppliers / subcontractors must first register. The Registration of suppliers / subcontractors, who have already cooperated with HOCHTIEF in the past, is for the sake of their identification in the HOCHTIEF supplier database. For new suppliers / subcontractors the Registration is a chance to establish contact with HOCHTIEF. The Registration involves filing basic information about your company and general description of your products and services. For a successful registration, it is also necessary to provide a D-U-N-S® Number, which you should get or apply free of charge before the registration at www.upik.de. After your Registration has been reviewed you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Registered suppliers and subcontractors
In the second step of the prequalification process, after your Registration you will receive the login to access the detailed Supplier Qualification Questionnaire together with the request to complete your given information within a few days. This includes the financial details as well as the upload of the certificates of compliance for subcontractors. It is possible that new suppliers / subcontractors will be invited to the Supplier Qualification at some later point in time, if cooperation is not given at the current stage.
