Becoming a HOCHTIEF partner
In the future, only those suppliers who have registered with us and have filed up-to-date data on their company will be invited to tender for contracts.
Take advantage of the benefits of the supplier portal.
- File current and detailed information on your company and improve your chances of being invited to tender.
- Update the filed information on your company at regular intervals. Broaden your cooperation with HOCHTIEF by listing products or services which we have not drawn on up to now.
- Remember that all the information you file is made available online to all purchasing staff, thus giving you an opportunity to draw the attention of other HOCHTIEF companies to the range of what you offer.
- Extend your cooperation with HOCHTIEF to other regions.
How does the supplier portal function?
The supplier portal consists of registration and voluntary self-disclosure.
Registration gives suppliers and subcontractors who have not yet cooperated with HOCHTIEF the chance to establish contact with the company. On registration, the supplier/subcontractor is provided with an online form into which he can enter the key data on his company. This data includes the DUNS number , the complete name of your company (including its legal form), a central telephone and fax number and e-mail address, and a general depiction of your company's range. Next, HOCHTIEF carries out a clearing procedure to check whether you are a suitable potential partner and then invites you to file a so-called voluntary self-disclosure.
In the voluntary self-disclosure, you are asked for further and more detailed information. Suppliers and subcontractors who have worked for HOCHTIEF in the past are automatically registered and can therefore skip the registration procedure and go straight to the self-disclosure section.
After the facts and figures have been checked, the registration and self-disclosure data will be stored in a central supplier database.
