Becoming a HOCHTIEF partner
Of course, our North American division Turner Construction also uses the information of the portal for the retrieval of bidders. However, for the present, the subsequent Prequalification for Turner awardings will continue to take place using the separate online tool for Turner Subcontractor Prequalification.
In the future, only suppliers and subcontractors that have registered and filed up-to-date information will be invited to bid.
Profit from all advantages of the Supplier Portal
- File current and detailed information on your company's services to improve your chances of being invited to bid.
- Keep the information on your company updated yourself.
- Expand your cooperation with HOCHTIEF by listing services that HOCHTIEF has not drawn on up to now.
- All the information you file is made available online to all purchasing staff.
- Expand your cooperation with HOCHTIEF to other regions.
How does the Supplier Portal work?
The Supplier Portal allows our suppliers and subcontractors to file and maintain the Registration and the Questionnaire online.
Registration over the Supplier Portal is our preferred way for suppliers and subcontractors to introduce themselves to us. On Registration, you as a supplier or subcontractor are provided with an online form to provide basic information, including the D-U-N-S® number, the complete company name, your contact details, and a description of your company's services.
Once the Registration form is submitted for review and approved, HOCHTIEF will ask you to complete a more detailed Questionnaire.
This Questionnaire has more in-depth information that is required by our purchasing staff when putting together the bidders list.
Following another clearance, all information from Registration and Questionnaire are administrated in a centralized database, available to all professional purchasing staff of the HOCHTIEF Group.
