The General Shareholders' Meeting of our company on May 08, 2008 decided on the distribution of a dividend of EUR 1.30 per share for the business year 2007. HOCHTIEF increased the dividend to EUR 91 m, 18 percent up on the previous year.

Dividends are remitted on the first business day following the General Shareholders' Meeting. All shareholders possessing HOCHTIEF shares on the day of the General Shareholders' Meeting are entitled to receive payment of the dividend.
