At HOCHTIEF, a Compliance Organization based directly in Corporate Governance helps HOCHTIEF employees throughout the company to avoid breaking the law and the associated damage and liability risks.
The Compliance team informs employees about the key legal regulations and internal guidelines at regular training events, as well as being available for one-to-one advice.
Via a hotline, employees and third parties (customers, subcontractors, etc.) also have the
opportunity to report possible criminal offenses, non-compliance with legal or internal
regulations or other inappropriate acts within the company – anonymously or confidentially
if requested. On the internal hotline, the caller speaks with a HOCHTIEF compliance employee.
Calls to the external hotline are put through to an independent attorney specializing in criminal
law.
