The Compliance team informs employees about the key legal regulations and internal guidelines
at regular training events, as well as being available for one-to-one advice.
Via a hotline, employees and third parties (customers, subcontractors, etc.) also have the
opportunity to report possible criminal offenses, non-compliance with legal or internal
regulations or other inappropriate acts within the company – anonymously or confidentially
if requested. On the internal hotline, the caller speaks with a HOCHTIEF compliance employee.
