In the western part of Frankfurt's city center, HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung realized the Blue Heaven hotel project, not far from the "Opel Rondell" traffic circle and the Frankfurt trade fair grounds. The four-star hotel has 440 rooms. It was opened in fall 2005 and has been sold to Keops from Denmark.

In the western part of Frankfurt's city center, HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung realized the Blue Heaven hotel project. The hotel was opened in fall 2005 and is operated by Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts. The project was sold to Keops from Denmark. The 87 meter high 19-story building with a total floor area of about 37,500 square meters features a fitness area, a pool and a sauna world on the upper floors.

The Kirchberg Civic Center in Luxembourg is HOCHTIEF's biggest-ever project development. It provides a total of 60,000 square meters of office premises, roughly equivalent to the area of ten soccer pitches. Two-thirds of this space has been rented by the European Statistics Office, which moved in at the end of 1998. The Center also houses a 40,000 square meter shopping mall, an arcade with more than 50 boutiques and other stores, and underground parking for about 3,500 vehicles.
