Education is the basis of development and progress—both social and economic. This is why HOCHTIEF supports a wide range of educational and promotional projects.

With internships, for example, we offer adolescents the prospect of becoming trainees; and we introduce girls to forward-looking technical professions. We work with university professors throughout Germany, thus passing on our specialist knowledge to students. We also support numerous other educational initiatives. Naturally, our advocacy of continuing education also applies within the Group: We offer our employees around the world interesting continuing education opportunities.
