As leading innerurban developer, HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung draws up concepts for and realizes high-quality real estate projects in a variety of product market segments. These also include urban quarters and residential properties. The service spectrum of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung covers all phases of a construction project–from finding a suitable location through to financing, realization and marketing.

Among the leading providers in the industry, HOCHTIEF Property Management manages real estate in a fiduciary capacity on behalf of investors to optimize their ROI. HOCHTIEF Property Management benefits from the asset management expertise of Deutsche Bau- und Siedlungs-Gesellschaft, which boasts many years experience in managing and marketing large real estate portfolios.

Via a consortiuim with financing partner Redwood Grove International, HOCHTIEF has a share in aurelis Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG. The two partners each hold a 50 percent interest in the company. aurelis develops former German Rail sites at downtown locations until development rights have been secured and the grounds are ready for the performance of construction works. The goal is to subsequently sell the sites. In addition, aurelis manages a wide spectrum of rental objects with value creation potential–from halls and office buildings through to free space.
