HOCHTIEF AirPort is one of the world's leading independent airport managers. Its investment portfolio
includes interests in the airports of Athens, Budapest, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Sydney, and Tirana.

HOCHTIEF AirPort is a very special type of airport manager–as it is both an operator and an investor. The company combines practically proven know-how in the operational and commercial management of airports with innovative financing methods. As a shareholder HOCHTIEF AirPort is actively optimizing its investments and further developing them. With its integrated knowledge of aviation, non-aviation, masterplanning, and financing, the airports are operated holistically. HOCHTIEF AirPort also markets its knowledge as an independent consultant and transaction manager.
HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions
designs, finances, builds and operates real estate and infrastructure projects in public-private partnerships.
With its experienced product teams, the company concentrates on two market segments: toll roads and public-sector
building construction. For these projects, HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions is the
Group's leader. The toll roads segment comprises tunnels, bridges, and–most
prominently–highways. The public-sector building construction segment includes amongst others schools, administration buildings,
penitentiaries and hospitals.
HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions offers its public-sector partners integrated, intelligent and innovative solutions for operator projects. By integrating the components finance, design, build and operate, the company achieves significant and lasting efficiency advantages for its partners as well as quality advantages for the users of the HOCHTIEF-operated infrastructure–for the entire life cycle of the projects.
