Production costs are those costs that are attributed to the building contract at the accounting date. HOCHTIEF includes in the production costs the full costs, i.e. adequate portions of the necessary material overhead costs and production overhead costs including production-related depreciation and amortization costs and pension costs are considered in addition to the directly attributable costs (direct costs). Traditionally, HOCHTIEF does not include financing costs as part of the production costs.
