| Dr. Frank Stieler to become new member of the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft | |
| The Supervisory Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Germany, resolved to enlarge the Group‘s governing body: With effect from July 1, 2009, Dr. jur. Frank Stieler (49) will be appointed as new member of the Executive Board.Dr. Frank Stieler was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1958. After having obtained a doctorate in law, he first worked in various positions for Lurgi AG, among others as CFO of Lurgi Energie und Umwelt GmbH. In 2001, he joined Siemens AG and, under the umbrella of the Power Generation Group, managed the Industrial Application division with 20 companies and activities in 60 countries. In 2008, Stieler was appointed CEO of Siemens‘ Oil & Gas division. On the HOCHTIEF Executive Board, he will perform functions in connection with the Group‘s international business. | |
