HOCHTIEF is the eighth-largest provider of construction-related services in the world and market leader in Germany. With more than 70,000 employees and a sales volume of EUR 20.16 billion in FY 2010, the company is represented in all the world's major markets.

The former corporate divisions HOCHTIEF Europe, HOCHTIEF Real Estate and HOCHTIEF Services were merged into the new division Europe as of January 1, 2011. HOCHTIEF thus comprises a strategic management holding company and four divisions.

First-time reporting in line with the new structure was on May 16, 2011 (Quarterly Report January to March 2011).
