Requirements
The doors at HOCHTIEF are open if you have gained at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Project work forms the base of HOCHTIEF's activities. You, therefore, need to be flexible and a team player.
Flexibility is particularly important in order to be able to focus on the continually changing tasks or acquisitions.
The idea is that you do not need to fulfil the tasks alone, but work with your team on finding a solution. Having
sole responsibility, however, should not pose a problem for you.
If you are interested in working abroad, then you will need to have a good command of English or the particular
language of that region. Working in multidisciplinary project teams made up of people from different countries means
that are able to constantly improve your language skills.
