HOCHTIEF's regional business units and its associated companies are constantly on the look out for internationally experienced employees for key positions as specialists or management at their construction/project sites. We will assist you in making the necessary preparations for such international deployments.

The beginning of the international program is as a trainee. The program lasts for about 2 years and includes participation in workshops for junior employees. After a thorough induction in Germany, you will be deployed for at least 4 months to a project abroad or to one of our international business units to become acquainted with specific procedures, living conditions and the country's cultural features. The period abroad will be planned with close consultation between your business unit and the future international project. We will assist you with matters such as visas, preparation of contracts and support at the location.
