The National Getting Started Program
A mentor will be there for you from day one, who more often than not is a skilled technical or management employee, with extensive experience. Regardless of whether you are interested in a trainee position or direct entry you can take part in our Getting Started Program.
A substantial part of the program is the job-related workshops in which the idea of networking and information about the company's current development are prioritised. Along with technical lectures and discussions you can also expect excursions as well as interesting topics which will assist your future work life.

You probably already know in which sector you want to work. If you are looking for journalistic training or have just passed the first state law exam, then the next step is an internship. Whatever you are looking for, HOCHTIEF could be the place for you.
Direct Entry
If you have you successfully completed a degree or an internship and know exactly where your interests lie, then direct entry is best suited to you. This is where you can quickly take on responsibility once you have completed your induction period.As part of our regular introductory events you will, of course, gain an insight into the structure, procedures and operations at HOCHTIEF. In line with our Getting Started Program you will, in addition, have assistance from a mentor during your induction period.
